Returns & Exchanges

At Très Bien, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
